Babies, bottles and bags, oh my!
I love a good giveaway! Whether a free bag, good writing pen or something edible, a good giveaway makes me happy! You can imagine my happiness as I have collected items from the complimentary 'swag bags' given to couples who register at stores like Babies R' Us and Buy Buy Baby! Here's a peek of our free spread from those two big box stores, as well as some plenty of goodies received from the #BabyBashandBling Expo from last month. As you can see, there are tons of goodies (and not so good) items stuffed into bags for Mamas to research and try out such as #bottles from Dr. Brown, nursing pads by #Medela, wipes, #Milky, formula, gift cards, coupons, etc. Some items I tossed immediately, but others were packed in their designated nursery spot waiting to be used!
I encourage couples to register together! Not only does it allow for an awesome bonding experience, but the conversations that are had while on the 'registry route' are priceless! My Honey has become personally invested in items that we've placed on the registry. He's a second set of eyes when the recall lists are blasted and even shoots over articles to me about certain products. And register early! This gives you time to preview products/items and to truly determine whether or not you will use them, lose them or hoard them! :o)
