Week 13 BBR bump & the greatest Valentine's day gift ever!

{February 14, 2014} Week 13 BBR bump!  "Love on top!" ;o)

Welcome to week 13!  Today was absolutely incredible!  And the fact that it was Valentine's Day had nothing to do with it! :o)

Our week 13 appointment was scheduled for today.  We have been looking forward to this visit all week, especially since we were snowed in due to the snow/ice storm.  Unfortunately, today was the day that everyone decided to head back to work, thus the traffic was outrageous!

We finally arrived to the medical office and were taken back immediately.  The nurse was very friendly and made sure the 'belly jelly' was warm for me and BBR!  We stared at the screen waiting to see our little "Sunflower Seed Reed," and then to our complete surprise...

Photo text by me!
Although the gender can't be determined by looking under the heart,
no sneak peeks! ;o)

BAM!  A baby appeared on the screen -- OUR baby!  Goodness gracious!  The look on our faces was totally priceless!  Seeing the initial images in the first trimester is great, but once the baby takes shape, it's amazing!  Honey and I smiled the entire day after that visit.  We texted our immediate family the pic above. After our visit, we went to The Cheesecake Factory.  The significance of going there wasn't to 'celebrate Valentine's Day,' but to return to the place where I (yes, I!) first asked Patrick out. ;o)

I decided to switch it up from the chalkboard and use dry erase!
Much cleaner and more colorful! :o)  Now to just get that glare off!

P and I also decided to share our "latest, greatest inspiration" with the world today, thus we launched the blog and our video announcement via my Facebook page:
